POSITION: Associate (junior) position in Korea Advisory team (M&A and ECM advisory)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute live M&A and ECM transactions
- Assist in originating M&A and ECM deal opportunities
- Coverage of Korean clients across all industries

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in originating deals by drafting proposal presentations, conducting industry/company research, etc.
- Manage overall deal process, coordinate advisors (lawyers, accountants), and liaise on behalf of client on transactions
- Quantitative analysis / valuation modelling of companies
- Participate in and assist client on due diligence process
- Preparation of deal documentation such as teasers, information memorandums, process letters, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Either 2~3 years of prior investment banking experience or MBA required
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English
- Understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and M&A process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
