About the role:
As an Administrator in charge of Trade Operations, you will be supporting daily transactions of
Trade and Loan Administration/Transaction Banking part in the Branch to ensure customers
receive payments in a timely manner by organizing and receiving/sending documents,
aggregating data/materials, entering/inputting/editing data, copying data/materials, maintaining
related documentation, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
• Dispatch export documents accurately.
• Process all daily export transactions in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local
regulations.
• Organize closed files/documents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.
• Conduct screening through ADS HotScan, etc.
• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
• Create and fill out instruction sheet to execute the daily transactions.
• Execute daily negotiation proceeds to customer in accordance with MUFG policies and local
regulations
• Deal with overseas banking less charges, refunds of Interests resulted from early settlements and
delay charges
• Review Loan applications and documentation prior to processing to ensure accuracy.
• Process all daily import transactions in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local
regulations
• Implement daily operation of Local L/C open (amend included) and Approval of Purchase.
• Execute Local L/C based negotiations / collection including requesting funds, creating instruction
sheets and paying proceeds to customer in accordance with MUFG policies and local regulations

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Major in economics, mathematics and finance preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken communication English skills
• Ability in using MS Office
• 1+ year of experiences in the Banking industry (Preferred)
• Accuracy in Operations/Adaptability/Transaction Processing
• Understanding of trade finance
• Actively engage in the common works as a team player
