Job Requirements

Title:

Intern (Duration: 3 months starting in May 2017, alterable to accommodate for minor schedule conflicts)

Department:

Mergers& Acquisitions (Standard Chartered Securities Korea)

Duties:

Assist preparing marketing materials and conducting due diligence on live M&A advisory transactions

Conduct in-depth company and industry research

Compile market news and data daily to update the team on recent market developments

Miscellaneous duties to maintain and facilitate professional working environment

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel)

Strong interest in financial markets

Strong academic background from high-caliber institution

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with professional writing skills

Attention to detail and high performance standard

Proactive and willingness to learn
