I am writing to invite you and your students at Seoul National University Business School to participate in the 7th edition of the McGill International Portfolio Challenge (MIPC) and have the chance to take home their share of 50,000 CAD in prizes.
McGill University is a world-renowned research institution located in Montreal, Canada, that prides itself on its vibrant student community and diverse student-led initiatives such as the MIPC. These initiatives are driven by a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation that encourages collaboration in building new ventures and stimulates positive social change.
The MIPC is the leading international buy-side finance challenge for university students addressing pertinent socio-economic issues. It is a forum for thought that brings together a diverse cohort of world-class students and industry leaders, bridging the gap between academia and practitioners. We encompass much more than a traditional case competition, including mentoring and recruitment opportunities as well as speaker panels and information sessions with over 20 leading institutional investors.
Teams of up to four students will present their proposals on inflation resilience to our distinguished judging panel for an opportunity to win $50,000 CAD in cash prizes.
The MIPC will be hosted both virtually and in-person this Fall, beginning on September 16th and culminating in the semi-final and final rounds on November 3rd and 4th.
You can register at this link and take advantage of the early bird fee of $150 CAD per team until June 30th. You can visit www.mipc.ca for further details, and I will reach out again once we have the informational brochure ready. In the meantime, I would be more than happy to schedule a call to address any of your questions.
