1. 사물함 추가 신청 및 미반납 학우들의 짐처리와 관련하여 공지합니다.

현재 26일(화)까지 사물함 추가 신청을 받고 있습니다. 아직 여분의 사물함이 많이 남아있으니 기간 내에 신청하지 못하신 학우가 있다면 26일(화) 오후 6시까지 신청해주시기 바랍니다.

또한 현재 학생회에서는 미반납 학우들의 짐을 보관하고 있습니다. 기간 내에 반납 혹은 연장 신청을 하지 않은 학우의 짐에 대해서는 ‘임의처리 할 수 있다는 것’을 사물함과 관련된 모든 신청서에 공지하고 있으나 학생회 차원에서 실수가 있을 수 있거니와 학생들의 편의를 최대한 돕고자 기간 이후에도 보관중입니다.

그러니 아무쪼록 사물함이 미반납처리된 학우들께서는 자신의 짐을 확인하여 찾아가주시기 바라며 행정적 실수로 인해 미반납자로 분류되어 짐이 잘못 회수된 사례가 간혹 있사오니 사물함을 이용하는 다른 학우여러분께서도 꼭 확인 부탁드립니다.

2. 사물함 2차 신규 신청 방법

미반납되었던 사물함을 정리하여 2차로 사물함 신규신청을 받도록 하겠습니다.

기간 : 3월 21일(목) 9:00 ~ 3월 26일(화) 18:00

방법 : 인트라넷 마이페이지 → 내 시설예약 관리 → 사물함 예약관리 → 예약 → 은행입금 → 사용신청서 출력(입금확인증 첨부) → 학생회실(58동 103호)에 제출 → 열쇠 바로 수령 → 사용

이용료 및 보증금

사용료 : 중형-12,000원(1년), 6,000원(1학기)/ 소형-6,000원(1년), 3,000원(1학기)

※주의사항 : 이용료는 월할 계산되지 않으며 중도 반납시 보증금(20,000원)만 환불됩니다.

Notice on Additional Sign-ups and Unreturned Lockers

This is the CBA Student Council.

1. This is an announcement in regards to people who still haven’t returned their lockers from last year and people who haven’t picked up their belongings

Currently (26^th of March, Tuesday) we are still accepting additional sign-ups for lockers. We still have plenty left for use so if you haven’t applied for lockers yet, please go ahead and do it by this evening (26^th of March, Tuesday) 6:00 pm.

Additionally the CBA student council is keeping all the belongings of people who haven't returned their lockers from last year. We have been announcing in all notices that if you don’t extend your locker rental period or return your lockers, we have the right “to do whatever we want” with your belongings. However, thinking of the possibility that we, the student council, might have made a mistake sorting lockers and for your convenience, we decided to hold the stuffs for an extended period of time. So if you are one of those people who haven’t returned your lockers, please pick them up at the CBA student council room!

Furthermore, due to the labor-intensive nature of the sorting job, there are some cases when we mistake your lockers as unreturned and thus take out all your belongings from your lockers. On that note, for other locker users too, please check to see all your belongings are in your lockers safe and sound.

Round Two Locker Registration

* after taking care of all the unreturned lockers from last year, we are able to accept more locker registrations for this year.

When?

21^st of March (Thursday) 9:00 am – 26^th of March (Tuesday) 6:00 pm

How?

http://www.cba.snu.ac.kr/intranet -> Profile -> Reservation -> Locker -> Apply -> Fee Payment through Bank Transfer -> Print out the Application Form (Attach the Receipt for the transfer you made) -> Submit the documents in the CBA Student Council Room (Building 58, Room #103) -> Pick up your locker keys right away -> Use your locker!

Fee and Deposit

Fee: Medium Locker 12,000 KRW (1 year), 6,000 KRW (1 semester) / Small Locker 6,000 KRW (1 year), 3,000 KRW (1 semester)
