2. Position: 전략그룹 내 IMS(Industrial Market Service) 파트 Full-Time 경력 컨설턴트 0명 (전략 컨설팅 경력 2년 이상)
              전략그룹 내 동 그룹 Part-Time 경력 컨설턴트 0명 (컨설팅 또는 유관 경력 1년 이상)

4. Key Responsibilities
   - Provide management consulting advisory services to executives
   - Lead project work streams including the management of junior staff practitioners
   - Assist in project management of complex projects consisting of diverse practitioners
   - Coordinate with other team members in delivering comprehensive solutions for clients

5. Key Requirements
   - Minimum 1 year experience in consulting service
   - Strong work ethic and desire to help clients improve their businesses
   - Quick learner that enjoys a stream of new challenges
   - Strong analytical skills including quantitative ability
   - Ability to effectively work in a team environment and as an individual and to maintain a flexible work schedule
   - Excellent communication skills in Korean and English preferred
   - Proficiency in MS-Office
