EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development)는 미국을 비롯 영국 프랑스, 일본 등이 주주로 참여하고 있는 다국적 개발은행입니다. 처음에는 동유럽 개발을 위해 설립되었지만 지금은 중앙 유럽에서 중앙아시아에 이르는 30개 나라에서 환경에 유해하지 않고 지속가능한 발전에 기여하는 벤처기업이나 기존 업체를 돕는 일을 하고 있습니다.  우리나라도 회원사로 가입했기 때문에 IPP 프로그램 참여자격을 갖고 있어 한국에서도 현재 리쿠르팅을 하고 있습니다. 런던에 본부가 있습니다.

IPP 프로그램은 석사 학위를 가진 인재를 선발하여(10명) 23개월 동안의 과정 중에 18개월 동안은 런던 본사에서 강도 높은 금융 실무를 익히고 마지막 5개월 동안은 34개 회원국 중 한 곳에서 일하게 됩니다.

근무하는 동안 보수 : highly competitive starting salary

23 개월 프로그램 완료 후 programme payment 가 지급될 예정

[응시자격]

·     a Master’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field

·     between one and three years’ relevant work experience (this may include internships)

·     fluency in written and spoken English

·     you must be a national of one of our shareholder countries

·     an eagerness to work in any of our countries of operations

·     a commitment to fostering open markets and sustainable economic growth across the regions we invest in.
