AXA Korea is looking for an intern who will support the risk management team in :

·          Researching new business opportunities for the company

·          Collecting, collating and organizing relevant information about the marketplace

·          Studying the competition landscape and performing a strategy benchmarking

·          Understanding customer needs and analysing opportunities development

·          developing the future strategy of AXA on the market

·          Designing new products and performing a business plan

The intern will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer and to the top management. The intern will also participate to meetings with AXA group.

Main relationship:

(Internal or External)

·       Internal: Risk management team, technical team and top management

·       External: other market player, AXA Global Direct

Requirements:

▶ Educational background (Bachelor, Master, Doctor’s degree / Major)

Bachelor In business administration

Bachelor in engineering

▶ Qualification (knowledge, skill, ability and certificate)

• Relationship management skills - ability to manage key relationships and act independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english - able to interact with Executives, Senior Management and regulators
• Knowledge of statistics, Microsoft office (excel)
• Self motivation
• Analytical problem solving skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment and to work well under time pressure
