Position :

   Open position : Research Assistant (Intern)

   No. of position : 1

   Team : Global Investment Group

   Working period : ASAP ~ October, 2013 (3~4 months, subject to change)

   Location : KTB Building, Yeouido, Seoul

Responsibilities : including but not limited to the following

   Supporting global M&A transaction, deal execution and fund formation

   Conducting primary and secondary research including information and data gathering

   Supporting financial and strategic analysis

   Drafting of Korean-English translations, meeting notes, text editing, etc

   Conducting administrative support for the professional staff

Qualifications :

   Graduates of top universities

   Required prior experience in ‘Investment Banking Internship’ or ‘Strategic Consulting RA’

   Basic accounting and finance knowledge (strong analytical and numerical skills)

   Fluency in English and Korean (especially high level of writing proficiency required)

   Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

   Dedicated work ethics and professionalism

   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

   Detail oriented and Multi-tasking ability under deadline-driven environment
