Social Media, Community & Communication Manager

4월2일 출시후, 구글매출 1위, 8백만 유저, 10억 플레이, 100억 매출을 기록한 쿠키런이 커뮤니케이션 매니저(a.k.a 쿠키런 대변인) 를 찾습니다. 1천만 이상의 유저와 소통하여, 쿠키런의 모든 커뮤니케이션 측면을 담당하게 됩니다.

Responsibilities:

Closely work with product stakeholders and management to identify the items for event/update/notice
Work with the Development teams to build a proactive social media and community presence for Devsisters, including implementing methods for engagement and content creation
Be a representative voice of our players in internal discussions to make sure they are represented and play an active role in Devsisters' decision-making processes
Stimulate conversation across all departments regarding Devsisters' Community strategy, and the development of a transparent and healthy relationship with our players
Event planning and execution in cooperation with the game teams to drive engagement in our Community
Stay in touch with our users on a daily basis on Facebook, Twitter, Kakao, Blog, Cafe, YouTube, Forums or any other medium where players come to discuss our games
Present weekly reports of Community feedback, summarizing and highlighting key recommendations to all game teams
Stay on the cutting edge of trends in Social Media and Community as a whole

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Naver Blog
Excellent track record of working with a team, as well as independently as a self starter
Excellent oral and written skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute on major projects
Passionate about people and online Communities
Passionate about games, especially Cookie Run (Level 20+)
Great, positive attitude, social personality and a true team-player
