Position :

   Open position : Research Assistant (Intern)

   No. of position : 1

   Team : Global Investment Group

   Working period : ASAP ~ August, 2013 (3 months, subject to change)

   Location : Yeouido, Seoul

 

Responsibilities : including but not limited to the following

   Supporting global M&A transaction, deal execution and fund formation

   Conducting primary and secondary research including information and data gathering

   Supporting financial and strategic analysis

   Drafting of Korean-English translations, meeting notes, text editing, etc

   Conducting administrative support for the professional staff

 

Qualifications :

   Penultimate year or higher in top universities (graduates also eligible to apply)

   Candidates with prior experience in ‘Strategic Consulting RA’ or ‘Investment Banking Internship’ preferred

   Basic accounting and finance knowledge (strong analytical and numerical skills)

   Excellent writing skills in both English and Korean

   Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

   Work ethics, dedication for learning, and professionalism

   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

   Detail oriented and Multi-tasking ability under deadline-driven environment
