- Develops and executes category strategies and category growth drivers through category events and joint marketing with the customer;
- Internal engagement representing ‘the customer’ in the organization customer by providing customer/channel input into the category strategy and plans
- Identifies and understands key factors (growth drivers) of category consumption and purchasing behavior;
- Determines channel/customer priorities and implications to execute growth driver;
- Generate and leverage account/channel specific category and shopper insights;
- Develop & translate customer & shopper insights into customer /channel specific category / brand activities;
- Assesses size of the prize of each driver and plans how to exploit those opportunities through activation;
- Build account/channel specific category / brand activities to grow the category at the customer;
- Works with marketing in on/off trade customer on retail marketing strategy and joint marketing initiatives;
- Lead execution of category marketing plans & activities;
