01.글로벌 인재란? (International Graduate)

스탠다드차타드은행의 International Graduate Programme은 글로벌 금융 비즈니스에서 최고의 경력을 쌓고 싶은 대상자들을 위한 신입 채용 프로세스 입니다. 스탠다드차타드은행의 글로벌 네트워크를 통하여 IG 프로그램에 참여하는 직원은 국경의 제한 없이 금융산업에서 자신의 능력을 최대한 발휘할 기회를 얻게 됩니다.

IG는 입사 후 프로그램에 따라 싱가폴, 말레이시아 등에서 연수가 시작되며 업무 로테이션을 통해 자신의 분야에서 좀 더 전문성을 키워나갈 수 있습니다. IG 프로그램을 통해 자신의 관심 분야에 대한 전문성을 기르고, 주요 이해관계자와의 공동 프로젝트 등을 수행함으로써 글로벌 네트워크를 구축할 수 있으며, 1~1.5년 간의 로테이션을 마친 후 과장급 이상으로 자신의 분야를 개척해 나갈 수 있는 기회가 부여 됩니다.
