ISS is currently seeking a full-time Research Analyst. This position will be based in Singapore, and would cover Korea and other Asian markets.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Advanced degree in finance, law, economics, or business, or equivalent experience.
· 2+ years experience in financial services industry, or legal background
· Experience and knowledge of corporate governance and proxy voting issues.
· Strong oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English
· Able to work independently and in a team environment; able to work under tight deadlines.
· Analytical and detail-oriented, have a keen sense of judgment, and be goal-oriented
· Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
· Passion for corporate governance research
· Proficiency in the use of web-based and Microsoft Office applications.
