(Structured Finance 차장/ 외국금융기관)

- Promotion and marketing of structured finance (especially, project finance and ECA financing) to potential clients.
- Structure and prepare for credit application and related write-ups.
- Credit monitoring (사후관리) of executed deals.
- Follow-up relationship with major domestic/overseas project sponsors & other financial institutions (including ECAs).


Requirements

- Analytical/ risk identification skills to understand limited-recourse lending (to projects) and financial advisory (to sponsors)
- Basic understanding on accounting, financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
- Preferred experience industries: Global SF in Power & Energy, Shipbuilding, Aircraft, etc.
- Due-diligence organizational skills and communication skills with internal colleagues as well as with external clients/advisors
- Business-level English communication skill
- More than 2~3 years of working experience in the financial industry(bank preferred) or any other related sector
- Understanding on industries (power & energy) / project risks/ basic legal terms and conditions in financing docs and project docs
- Willingness to work in multi-cultural environment
