좋은 회사로 선정된 바 있는 외국계헬스케어그룹에서 인사부 HR Manager를 구인합니다.
차~부장급 경력자로 HRM, Planning 분야에 전문성이 높은 분을 찾습니다.

[Duties & Responsibilities]
- Resolves employee relations issues through ensuring accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs
- Creates and oversees the implementation of HR plans and programs
- Creates and facilitates structures and strategies to improve individual and organizational performance and to enable the organization to accomplish its goals.
- Advises and counsels leaders and managers in resolving complex employee relations issues.

[Qualifications]
- at least 8 years experience in a HRM or planning part
- Bachelors degree or above in a related field
- Working knowledge of employee attraction, engagement and retention strategies and how to practically apply to varied employee segments
- Strong background in Korea labor law
- HR Consulting background preferred
- Fluent English in both writing and verbal
