Our client is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated Sales Manager with direct work experience in sales environment, preferably experience in selling big-ticket technology solutions into the financial services industry including brokerage houses, prime brokers, banks, hedge funds and other asset managers. The position is based in Korea.

[Responsibilities]
• Identification, contact, qualification and development of viable new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within an established and defined territory
• Requirement gathering, presentations, demo of software
• Manage the communication and internal coordination of the Company’ support infrastructure: sales support and executive team to insure customer education and satisfaction
• Create awareness and demand for company solutions

•English     – Fluent
  Korean    - Fluent
 Minimum 4 years prior sales experience with some experience in the capital markets or financial technology industry
• Previous exposure to capital markets, trading or risk management in any of the areas of foreign exchange, equities, fixed income or other derivatives
• Proven expertise to develop relationships from a cold call or networking activity
• Demonstrated ability to accelerate the sale process: generating leads, managing the quote process, overcoming ob_x_jections, \"quarterbacking\" the proposal development and successful installation of service offerings
• Exceptional ability to motivate and influence the sales team,  key client contacts and decision makers
• Strong contacts throughout the financial services industry including front, middle and back offices on the buy-side and the sell-side – an advantage
• A proven record on selling complex solutions and services at all levels – an advantage
• Experience of having sold sophisticated technological solutions in the financial services industry. Knowledge of  derivatives across asset classes including foreign exchange, equities, interest rates, commodities and credit risk derivatives - an advantage
