Currently, we are working with Maritime Province of Russian Federation government in cultivating wood pellet deal for Korean Utility companies and Conglomerates. Looking for an intern with the capacity to develop analytical research model, investment scheme structures, and to develop financial models. We would like to find a preferably finance or economics major students looking to work at global IB sector. We are confident that we can provide the candidate with invaluable experience in developing research capacity and business structure model. Currently, our company specializes in developing raw material based financial products and we are about to launch a Feasibility Study for wood pellet deal in Maritime Province Russia. We look to complete the deal by 2013 spring. For your reference, due to Korean government’s mandated RPS regulation, large trading and utility companies are looking for wood pellet investment potentials.

Our recent experience: Completed merger deal and reverse listed in HK Stock Exchange in 2010. The deal involved Brazilian and Russian timber companies along with Chinese manufacturing company. The deal size was about 250 Million USD.
