직무내용

• The Corp. Equity Dealmaker or Investment Manger based out Seoul is part of a small team who finds, develop, define, and close equity investment and acquisitions in order to meet strategic needs and ob_x_jectives of various technology sectors within the company.

자격요건

• MBA or equivalent degree in Finance or Corp. Law with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the VC or PE or IB with direct experience of deal structuring and negotiating.
• M.S. degree or a Ph.D. in a technological field with a minimum of 5 years operational experience in the IT industry, in Corp. Business Development and/or VC is preferred.
