Responsibilities 

Part A:          Definition

·         Coordinates critical processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing.

Part B:          Principal Responsibilities

·         Data analysis (Market, consumer, internal)

·         Promotion planning (In-store, consumer)

·         New product development (concept, packaging)

·         Communication development (ATL, BTL)

·         Interact with regional brand teams to reapply and share learning

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree or above

·         1-3 years experience in marketing

·         Business and financial acumen 

·         Good inter-personal relationship

·         Proactive & positive & innovative mind

·         Strong negotiation & communication skills

·         Consumer and Influencer understanding skills

·         Fluent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

·         MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel)  proficiency
