POSITION: Assistant Relationship Manager position in ABC Seoul Branch Corporate Banking & MNC Team
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Industry Analysis & Trend Analysis for deal sourcing
- Assisting from deal origination to deal done with corporate clients
- Preparing Account Plan & RM Report
- Preparing Internal Credit Grade & Business Credit Application
- Structuring Banking Facilities to meet needs of corporate clients
- The other documentation works for Project Finance Deals(ECA Financing) & Trade Finance etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in originating deals by drafting proposal presentations, conducting industry/company research, etc.
- Quantitative Analysis / Qualitative Analysis
- Participate in and assist client on due diligence process
- Preparation of deal documentation such as BCA, Credit Grade, Syndication Loan Forms and so on.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Either 1~3 years of prior corporate banking experience or MBA preferred (SKY or Top Schools in abroad)
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English(Fluent Chinese is Plus)
- Understanding of financial analysis, Banking Facilities like Derivatives, Lending(Bilateral & Syndicated), PF, FX & Trade Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Business Travel due to Offshore Deals must not be matters for candidates
Working Condition
- Official Working Time: 9:30AM ~ 6:00PM
- Office Location: Seoul Finance Center 14F near Kwanghwamun Station
- Salary & Benefit Package: Negotiable up to experience
- Permanent Job after three month probation period
