Senior Finance Analyst or Associate Finance Manager

Responsibilities  

Part A:                 Definition

·         Oversees daily departmental activities of the financial planning and analysis, forecasting/budgeting/cost department. Prepares analysis and evaluations of the business' operating results and prepares short- and long-range forecasts for all

aspects of the business' operations, including operating and capital budgets.

Part B:                 Principal Responsibilities

·         Monthly closing & business planning on Beauty business

·         Communication & reporting with regional office & affiliates

·         Profitability analysis on Brand/Channel/SKU performance

·         Brand Management Expense and Trade Promotion expense tracking & control

·         Financial Analysis on new initiatives and ad-hoc projects

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree or above.

·         4-6 years of Finance/Accounting experience

·         Finance/Accounting education background

·         Analytical skill with critical reasoning mindset & MS Office proficiency

·         Communication skill with business partners & English proficiency

·         Sense of Responsibility and Work Attitude
