A junior quant/trader candidate at ITG Arbitrage Limited ideally meets the following profile: ·         University degree, preferably in computer science, engineering,        statistics/economics or related field  ·         Work experience is NOT a must but passionate and genuine desire to program        and work in financial market is critical ·         Experience with the following is a plus:    o   Exposure to at least one of these languages:  C/C++, C#, Java, VBA, Python    o   Experience with IDE such as Visual Studio or Eclipse    o   Experience with Database ·         Innovative mind with a desire to create and improve cutting edge trading        strategies and program ·         Adequate English level   What We Offer: ·         Train and work directly with experienced programmers and traders to gain       knowledge and exposure to Hong Kong derivative products, software and           markets. ·         Personal growth within a growing ambitious international organization. ·         We offer a good monthly salary, plus an annual performance-based bonus.
