NEOWIZ Games is a leading online game publisher operating its business in Korea, Japan, China, Europe, and USA. NEOWIZ is recruiting for analysts to join its Global Corporate Development (GCD) team. We (GCD) think strategically and globally and help the company define strategic initiatives that contribute to the company’s inorganic growth. The team is currently small but is looking to grow with highly creative visionaries who enjoy searching for investment opportunities and solve business problems. We will be at the forefront in helping the company meet changing strategic needs and executing investment/M&A deals. GCD conducts three major activities as follows:   -       Investment into oversea game developers/publishers in a variety of strategies such as buyout, venture capital, and growth capital. -       Exploring and executing investment/M&A deals globally including large-scale M&A, direct investments, and co-investments into companies alongside financial investors such as private equity firm -       New business development and business plan writing   Position: Junior/Senior Analyst   Responsibilities -       Structure and conduct research on a wide range of geographies, industries, companies, and macroeconomic trends. -       Create and execute financial analyses in support of the investment process -       Support investment sourcing, opportunity diligence and evaluation, and portfolio monitoring   Qualifications -       Superior analytical, quantitative and research aptitude with a passion for fully understanding and analyzing a business -       Strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to interact with experienced, senior executives -       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
