[근무내용 및 자격요건]
Job responsibilities:
- Team support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Korea PBS team, including documentation, coordination, and reporting.
- Relationship Management: Assist in managing assigned Partners and support the development of effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
- Project Coordination: Support the implementation of new Partner projects and compliance initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverable completion.
- Partner Consultancy: Support documentation and tracking of Partner inquiries related to card and merchant processes.
- Operational Follow-up: Act as a contact point for partner inquiries and operational issues, ensuring prompt follow-up and escalation when needed.
- Be the point of contact for operational issues from assigned Partners: Including engaging, following up and when necessary, escalating with internal teams to find solutions for Partners.
- Track and report on issues and inquiries received from Partners, work with internal support teams to implement process improvement and to prevent recurrence of issues
- Monitor Partner Performance: Assist in compiling and maintaining internal reports on Partner operational metrics.
- Training Support: Assist in organizing and documenting Partner training sessions
We're Looking for Someone With:
- 2~3 years of work experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytic mindset
- Willingness to learn project management skills and develop understanding of the card and payments industry
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Highly motivated to solve problems and introduce process improvements
- Strong client relationship building with an excellent ability to interact and influence others
- Fluency in both English and Korean (required)
- This role is based in the Korea office - Experience: 2-3 years in similar domain
[근무환경]
- 근무형태: 맨파워코리아 소속 파견계약직 12개월 (12월 1일 입사 Target)
- 근무장소: 서울시 강남구 테헤란로 152 (2호선 역삼역 부근)
- 근무시간: 09:30 ~ 17:30 (주 3일 출근, 2회 재택)
- 급여: 면접 후 협의 (경력에 따른 협의 가능)
