Sales Ops Intern (SEABW) Job Description

ShardLab is a joint effort between Hashed, a global venture capital firm in Web3, and SCBx, the leading financial group in Thailand, which aims to drive innovation and create transformative solutions by leveraging cutting-edge technologies in Web3. By harnessing the power of Web3, ShardLab is committed to shaping the future of technology and delivering impactful solutions that empower individuals and businesses in Southeast Asia.

Southeast Asia Blockchain Week (SEABW) is one of the first projects undertaken by ShardLab. to highlight the user/builder ecosystem in the region. It is a part of the Blockchain Week series following the Korea Blockchain Week and India Blockchain Week hosted by Hashed. SEABW aims to be the premier annual week-long event to showcase the thriving crypto community in the region.

The intern will primarily assist with managing the operation process of the upcoming Southeast Asia Blockchain Week by interacting with potential sponsors and speakers.

What you’re going to do:

• Assist in managing the sales process, including client onboarding and post-closing activities
• Act as a liaison between ShardLab and high-profile clients in the Web3 industry
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and events with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Manage relevant documents from partners, including invoices/contracts
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Organization skills to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed
• Availability from 1st Feb to 30 April (negotiable)
• Ability to travel outside of Korea as required
