Business Support Intern
FriendliAI is a world-leading generative AI platform company. You can find the latest information
about the company at friendli.ai. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our
team as a Business Support Intern with a duration ranging from 6 months to 12 months. As a
Business Support Intern, you will be responsible for creating opportunities for business growth,
promoting innovative generative AI service products to a diverse audience, and implementing
business strategies into day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
• Develop new leads to grow business and help company expand
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media,
and email newsletters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
• Nurture current client relationships while actively pursuing new client relationships
• Support to set up partnership opportunities
• Assist in implementing C-level strategies into day-to-day operations

Requirements
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the technology industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as in Korean
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI technologies
• Previous experience in B2B marketing
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
