Our Business
Global Markets offers sales and trading services, including research, to corporate and institutional
clients across fixed-income, credit, currency, and commodity businesses. Global Markets product
coverage includes securities and derivative products in both the primary and secondary markets.
Global Markets provides market-making, financing, securities clearing, settlement and custody
services globally to our institutional investor clients in support of their investing and trading
activities. We also work with our commercial and corporate clients to provide risk management
products using interest rate, equity, credit, currency and commodity derivatives, foreign exchange,
fixed-income and mortgage-related products.
Responsibilities
- Support sales in various operational tasks such as deal booking and reconciliation
- Help desk to maintain regulatory requirement; FSCMA, DF protocol, QFC resolution, UMR,
etc.
- Maintain database on trade records
- Prepare supporting information/KYC document
- Maintain excel spreadsheets/databases
- Update research and market forecast as required
- Assist across other ad-hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any of the preferred majors: Economics, Mathematics, and Financial
Engineering related
- High academic achiever with a passion for the markets
- Finance/Equities background preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to details and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
Period: 3 months, starting from April 2023, and is subject to a 3 months extension based on
performance
