[업무내용]

Job Description

Assist and support wholesale operation and activities such as

Wholesale Domestic/Dutyfree Accounts Support(Main Task):
1) Support weekly sales order, product allocation, and delivery
2) Straps and PLV distribution upon the stores’ request
3) Supervise and assist wholesale and DF dealers to successfully settle Richemont System(Booster)
4) Assist preparation for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly sales report(Sell-in, Sell-out, Stock) for both internal and group
5) Co-work with Wholesale Manager in planning on demands of inventory and weeks coverage to maximize product sell-thru
6) Novelty launching alert, discontinued item notice, recommended retail price information, C/S policy management, etc.

Customer Service(Sub Task)
1) Follow-up for the defective product return from customers
Others(Possible Ad-hoc Work)
1) Support for organizing and carrying-out internal Family Sale
2) New store opening procedure back-up(Contract, Vendor code-creation, system set-up, etc.)  
3) Store system troubleshooting

[지원자격]

• - Good at office work(MS-office, etc.)
  - Good in English (Advantageous)
  - Positive mindset / Sales Driven mindset and diligent character preferred

[우대사항]

- At least 1 year of work experience: previous experience in retail or wholesale(as an assistant, coordinator) would be appreciated

* 계약형태 : 6개월 계약직 (~2023년 2월) / 파견계약직
* 근무지역 : 서울 명동 Panerai Office
