• 국내 및 해외 상장 주식에 대한 철저한 펀더멘털 리서치를 기반으로 장기적으로 꾸준한
성과를 추구합니다.
• 임직원 대부분의 나이대가 2~30 대로 젊으며, 수평적이고 상호 존중하는 문화입니다.
3. 업무 내용 및 인재상
• 국내 및 해외 주식 리서치 및 운용 (기업 탐방 보고서 작성 및 투자 의견 제시)

4. 근로 조건
• 근무지: IFC 서울, 여의도
• 근로보수: 인턴 보수 월 300 만원, 정규직 전환시 기본급 연봉 1 억원 (성과급 별도)

About Rainmaker Asset Management
Rainmaker Asset Management is a hedge fund founded in 2019 by seasoned investment professionals
with exceptional track record in public equity investment. It currently manages ~KRW 140bn with a
fundamental value investment approach to Korean and Global companies. As of May 2022, our fund
has recorded a return over 200% since its inception in August 2019, implying an annual return of over
70%.
Job Description
You will be working with a lean team in a collegial and inclusive work environment. We expect interns
to actively play a crucial role in capturing exciting investment opportunities in public equities.
- Internship program period: July 1st ~ August 31st, 2022 (2 months, negotiable)
✓ Successful candidates with exceptional performance will be considered for a full-time
investment analyst position.
- Compensation
✓ Intern: KRW 3,000k/month
✓ Full-time analyst: KRW 100,000k/year (Base)

Job Responsibilities
- Generate investment ideas through rigorous screening and research on companies in a wide array
of sectors
- Conduct interviews with company executives and industry experts
- Create investment thesis and make investment decisions
