As a member of the AWS Support team you will be at the forefront of this transformational technology assisting a global list of companies that are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications. You will work with leading companies in this space and directly with the engineering teams within Amazon developing these new capabilities.
Key job responsibilities
The AWS Support team is seeking engineers that enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and that have backgrounds from a variety of different fields. You will be surrounded by people that are wickedly smart, passionate about cloud computing, and believe that world class support is critical to customer success. Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:
• Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
• Respond to customer’s technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
• Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams
• Position based in Seoul, Korea
[지원자격]
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
0-1 years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
Self-starter who is excited about technology
Troubleshooting / Support experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / Programming
• Passionate about customers and new technology
• Experience working within the software development or Internet industries
• Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
• Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills
• Open to working one weekend day as part of a five-day-week offset (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)
