Summary:

Asia Alternatives Management LLC is seeking an Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in Hong Kong. The individual must be extremely talented, self-driven, entrepreneurial and passionate about a career in Asia private equity. As an Investment Analyst with Asia Alternatives, you will engage across all functions of the firm and will have exposure to the entire deal process from origination and due-diligence through deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management. This role is a balance between market research, financial analysis, business strategy and investment execution. The ideal candidate is interested in Asia, has superior analytical skills, is extremely organized, has a passion for private investing and is a prolific writer, who prides themselves on thoughtful and eloquent communication. Candidates who take initiative, have a tremendous work ethic and a high level of maturity are considered ideal. This is a 2 – 3 year program with potential to continue based upon performance.
