직무: 프로젝트그룹 Creative Designer (Visual & Web) 채용 

[지원자격]

• At least 4 years of professional design or production experience in the area of software and/or web site design
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS5, CS6, or CC), specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, Invision, Figma, Sketch, and related design tools 
• Knowledge/understanding of HTML, DHTML, CSS and web optimization is a plus
• Submit your own design portfolio

• 소프트웨어 및 웹 디자인 부분에서 4년 이상의 경험
• Adobe 프로그램, 특히 Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision, Figma, Sketch 등 디자인 tool 관련 지식
• HTML / DHTML, CSS 및 웹 최적화에 대한 지식 / 이해는 가점 요소
• 본인이 작업한 포트폴리오 제출

[업무내용]

• Create mock-ups for presentations and approval sign-off for all marketing materials related to Social Media & Web
• The creation of digital communication materials such as banners and landing pages, images for social media posts, or illustrations for our blog or marketing events
• Testing and improving the design of the website
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
• Creates & Design and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages

• 소셜미디어, 웹 및 PPT 등 모든 마케팅 자료에 대한 디자인 작업을 진행
• 배너 및 랜딩 페이지, 소셜미디어 및 블로그 일러스트 등 디지털 마케팅 디자인 작업
• 웹사이트의 디자인 테스트 및 개선
• 디자인 가이드 라인 및 표준 등 수립
• 디자인 가이드 라인에 따른 웹사이트 유지 관리
• 브랜드의 UX/UI 디자인 전략 개발 및 개념화
• 탐색 메뉴, 검색상사, 탭, 위젯 등 UI 요소 및 도구 설계 
• 뉴스레터, 웹페이지의 컨텐츠 등을 소셜미디어 or 블로그 형태로 제작 및 배포
