사모투자 운용사인 이스트브릿지파트너스에서 투자팀과 함께 일할 인턴채용을 진행 중입니다.
이스트브릿지파트너스는 2011년 설립되어 현재 한국 및 싱가포르에 오피스가 소재하고 있으며,
Mid-market Growth Capital(성장자금) 및 Buyout(경영권인수) 투자를 전문으로 하는 독립계
사모투자 운용사입니다. 현재 2개 해외 블라인드 펀드(국내 유일의 중동 기관투자자 95%
이상으로 구성), 1개 국내 블라인드 펀드, 1개 프로젝트 펀드 및 1개 공동투자 펀드 등 총 약
8,300억원 규모의 펀드를 운용하고 있으며, IT 기계, 장비부터 소비재, 헬스케어에 이르는 다양한
산업의 투자 포트폴리오를 구성하고 있습니다.


2021년 인턴십 프로그램 (서울)

 인턴 프로그램 개요
- 소속: 투자팀 (서울)
- 기간: 3 개월 (12 주)
- 주요 업무: 신규 투자 검토 및 포트폴리오 회사 모니터링 업무 지원

 자격 요건
- 팀워크를 비롯한 강한 직업적 윤리 및 사모 펀드에 대한 열정
- 논리적 사고, 효율적인 의사소통 능력, 비즈니스 마인드
- 기본 회계 및 재무 지식
- 발표 자료 및 투자 보고서 작성을 위한 M/S 오피스 활용능력
- 국문/영문 번역, 리서치, 문서 작업을 위한 영어 능력
- (우대사항) 금융 분야 내 인턴경험 및 Financial Modeling Skill

 선발 절차
- 이력서 제출 (이메일 제출) → 서류합격통보 (개별통보) → 1 차 인터뷰 → 최종 인터뷰

Introduction to EastBridge Partners

EastBridge Partners founded in 2011 by Jung Gang Lim is an independent private equity firm located
in Korea and Singapore focusing on mid-market growth capital and buyout investment opportunities in
Korea, and other Pan-Asian regions. As one of the most experienced mid-market private equity teams
in Korea, EastBridge professionals possess the capability to identify, secure and execute proprietary
deal flow as well as enhance the value of portfolio companies over the course of post-investment
period. EastBridge currently manages around AUM KRW 830 billion composed of 3 blind funds, 1
project fund, and 1 co-investment fund invested in portfolios with diverse sectors ranging from IT
hardware, machinery to consumer retail and bio-healthcare.


2021 1H Internship Program (Seoul)

 Program Overview
- Internship period: 3 Months (12 Weeks)
- Job description: Assist the investment team in analyzing new investment opportunities and
managing portfolio companies

 Qualification
- Strong work ethic with commitment to teamwork and learning
- Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity in private equity
- Logical thinking, efficient communication skill, and business mindset
- Basic accounting/financial knowledge
- M/S office skills for drafting presentations and memoranda of investment opportunities
- English skills for research and documentation with translating between Korean and English
- Financial modeling skills and/or internship experiences at financials sectors are a plus
