We are looking for an analyst who would like to grow his or her career with us, particularly in the field of cross-border M&A.

[Scope of work]
Company and industry research
Financial modelling for Valuation
Coordination of the deal process including due diligence
Other documentations such as pitch material and information memorandum

[Qualifications]
Fluency in Business English
Basic understanding of Accounting/Finance

No prior job experience is required although it is preferred
Financial modelling experience is not required, but preferred

CPA(either Korean or American)/CFA is not required, but preferred
