▷ Human Resources Planning

- ">∙ Analyze regional HR policy including appraisal, promotion. Merit increase,

and so on and initiate policy integration/improvement which is aligned with

Korea HQ’s business direction.

• Enhancement of Communication with overseas subsidiaries
   

• Initiate active/effective information sharing channel between Korea office

 and overseas subsidiaries, the channel through which critical information is

 promptly delivered to C-Level 

□ Requirements :  Non-Korean Only

BA/BS or above in Business, Psychology, Education,

Korean Language or other majors related to HR

Excellent communication skills, and comfortable

Engaging with executive/leaders

High level of understanding of global business cultures

Native in English or equivalent in fluency

(Fluent in Korean preferred)
