What you will do:

FULL-TIME WILL BE OFFERED AFTER THE INTERNSHIP BASED ON THE PERFORMANCE. This position, designed for any level of graduates, gives you first-hand exposure to the professional services industry, allowing you to learn new business skills and deepen your knowledge of startup industry including but not limited to BLOCKCHAIN and ICO. THIS INTERNSHIP IS NOT FOR REPETITIVE AND UNACTIVE. You will help create methodologies to improve and enhance complex engagements in startup industry especially BLOCKCHAIN. You will use your analytical and logical thinking skills to help create and implement strategic objectives for clients; operations BLOCKCHAIN and develop ways to measure operational performance. You will also be actively involved in strategic planning and execution to continuously improve clients’ BLOCKCHAIN operational processes and the on-time-delivery of high-quality goods and services.

This internship helps you develop the “hard” skills needed to understand clients’ problems and formulate thoughtful recommendations, and practice the “soft” skills needed to develop strong internal and external relationships. Part of the learning is through a week-long simulation working with a team of peers to solve a real business problem. It also includes conference on how to manage change, ask the right questions as consultant, framing discussions, and persuasion techniques. Participants work in teams on a simulated client engagement to solve many common client challenges.

What we look for:

Solid history of outstanding personal achievement in school (and work if possible)

Demonstrated problem-solving skills

Proficiency in both English and Korean

Leadership and team building capabilities

Superior interpersonal and communication skills

An open mind coupled with the ability to deal with ambiguity

Strong analytical skills; including proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

Willingness to travel

Preferred:

Knowledge in BLOCKCHAIN is a big plus
