[Scope of work]

1. Company and industry research

2. Coordination of the deal process including due diligence

3. Other documentations such as presentation material

4. Financial modelling for valuation

[Qualifications & Skills]

1. No prior job experience is required

2. Fluency in both English and Korean

3. Basic understanding of accounting and finance
