[Responsibilities]

1) Own the Korea market sales and reporting for Omargin-bottom: 0px;">2) Define business opportunities though full understanding of market/competitive landscape

3) Develop new brand/product ideas and concepts in line with mid-long term business strategy

4) Partner agency/vendors for flawless execution of business plan

5) Lead new brand/product launch with multi-functional team

6) Establish a brand building strategy and setting business plan to deliver business goals.

7) Actively interact with margin-bottom: 0px;">8) Implements tactical plan by allocating appropriate resource

9) Works across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication

10) Manages the execution of annual communications, research and public relations plans

 

11) Manages and provides input for the budget

 

[Requirements]

1) Degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing

2) 2+ years’ marketing experience in FMCmargin-bottom: 0px;">3) Social Media Management & Digital Experience

4) Marketing, business/strategic planning and/or new product development experience required

5) Outstanding and clear communication skills; Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and articulate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely

6) Able to anticipate/proactively manage the needs of cross-functional constituents in a complex, fast-paced environment)

7) Agile and able to change behavior across range of situations, strong change management capabilities

8) Strategic business partnership: cross-functional leadership, understanding of organizational dynamics, influencing skills, and innovation       

9) Direct experience with setting and delivering specific, measurable objectives
