- Purpose?
- He/she will support projects initiated by HR and have job experience and learn HR general knowledge through indirect experience of projects.
- What is the intern’s R&R?
- Coordinate the meeting scheduling, meeting setting related with the Union relations (e.g. CBA) - Support key projects –People Pulse execution, report generation etc. - Implement planned 2017 RISE program and support revamping the program for 2018 - Consolidate information across Channel HRM and Brand HRM
- Required Core Skillset
- Creativity, Confidence, Collaboration / Process management skills / Accuracy to manage data
