1.Great Place to Work coordination
-Support HR team to prepare the nomination for Korea’s Top 100 Best Employer competition
-Support GPTW survey result analysis
2.Internship program coordination
-Coordinate Internship program and follow up required documents
-Support logistics for internship training & development programs
3.HR Projects
-Support Digital HR project
-Support MBFSK’s annual team building event
-Support Leadership2020 Ambassadors in rolling out the program to Korea
Student who are currently pursuing Bachelor degree in University who can work 6 months internship or graduates
- Prefer Business Administrations (HR related area) or psychology major
- Required knowledge/skill and competency:
- High level of competency in MS Office (esp. Excel or Powerpoint)
- English communication skills – both written and verbal (MUST)
- Organization & coordination skills
- Passionate in working in dynamic, multinational work environment
- Drive for result and winning spirit
