Tasks

1. Organizational Development project
 - Needs analysis and frame an OD design
 - Research the market practice of global company
 - Support survey design / implementation and data analysis
 - Coordinate HR projects (meeting, training) and take minutes
 
2. Support the organization of HR Policy
 - Reorganize and update the HR policy to meet the legal compliance with HRBP
 
3. Support HR admin work
 - Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
 - Provide clerical and administrative support to HRBP and employees
 - Compile and update employee records
 - Process documentation and prepare reports relating with personnel activities
   (staffing, recruitment, training etc)


Qualifications

- 4 year University (Organizational Development or educational background is preferred)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Basic MS Office (MS word, Excel, and PPT)
- Prior internship experience is preferred
- Good communication Skill
