Job Description:

The job of the intern is to be trained for his/her career in financial industry by experiencing real working environment and supporting Corporate Finance Korea team staffs to improve efficiency.

Key role and responsibilities: 

• Support Corporate Finance Korea staffs in potential deal sourcing process
• Conduct company and industry research
• Update daily market data
• Support preparing presentations and marketing materials
• Assist Corporate Finance Korea staffs to prepare documents for internal deal execution processes
• Assist Corporate Finance Korea staffs with portfolio management
• Any other reasonable tasks required by Corporate Finance Korea staffs 

Particular education background / knowledge needed:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Korean
• Team-oriented attitude who is reliable and responsible
• Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics major would be preferred
