| | Key Responsibilities | • Drive the development of Korean clients business in East Europe • Execute key client sales process as part of a team(via SFDC) • Proactively develop a new business and offer mutually beneficial integrated service offering in line with company strategies • Develop export business out of East Europe including Seago Line’s sales • Critically evaluate business propositions and recommend short & long terms strategies to achieve profitable volume growth in Korean business in East Europe • Monitor market and competition activities and to give feedback to TNM and Cluster sales team • Create the value and highlight service differentiators on Korean clients in East Europe • Sales pipeline management and forecasting via SFDC • Manage primary stakeholders such as sales managers in Korean team, cluster sales manager and customer service / intermodal team internally as well as external stakeholders as Korean clients in East Europe and terminal operation team.
| | Who we are looking for | • Native Korean • Strong command of the English language • Excellent PC skills (Word /Excel/PowerPoints..) • At least three years of outside sales in logistics business unit is highly preferred • Market and product knowledge • Outgoing person with self- confident manner • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Good team | |
