Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) is a leading global alternative asset manager specializing in four real asset classes: infrastructure, agriculture, real estate and energy investment management. Macquarie Korea Asset Management (MKAM) is a wholly owned infrastructure management arm of MIRA in Korea, specializing in investment and management of infrastructure, infrastructure-like and real estate assets.   Established in 2002, MKAM is a leading infrastructure and real estate manager in Korea, currently managing over $3.2 billion of equity across 3 funds and 21 businesses in Korea.  MKIF is the largest and only listed (KRX) infrastructure fund with current market capitalization of approximately $2.5 billion.  MKIF has a portfolio of 12 infrastructure assets in Korea, consisting of 11 toll road and 1 container terminal businesses.   MKIF has over 22,000 shareholders and is currently covered by 6 domestic and international securities brokers.

MKIF is seeking a talented individual to join the team as a manager of investor relations, directly reporting to MKAM CEO and COO.  The successful candidate's role will include:

• Day to day communication with investor community and analysts

  
  

• Support development of IR strategy and messages

  
  

• Oversee the production of market disclosures, quarterly results announcements, regulatory reports and internal reporting materials

  
  

• Lead and coordinate IR events which include deal and non-deal roadshows and annual shareholder meeting

  
  

• Develop new shareholder relationship

  
  

• Support MIRA Korea general marketing activities

  
  

• Support media and regulator (FSS, KRX, KOFIA) relations

  
  

• Management of credit ratings on a half-yearly basis

  
  

• Oversee production of fund analyst model on an annual basis

  
  

• Manage and regularly update MKAM/MKIF corporate website

  
  

Job Requirements Including Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum five years' experience in listed corporate IR, asset management, alternative investment marketing or a related industry

Strong professional verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English

Have advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook;

Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service

Strong attention to detail

Highly motivated with ability to work both independently and in a large team setting

Highest levels of personal and professional integrity
