영국대사관 GREAT Campaign Marketing Officer A2(L)

The GREAT Campaign is the British Government’s most ambitious campaign to date to project British soft power overseas and secure UK exports and investments. This is a key role in the delivery of the GREAT campaign and the Embassy’s objectives. The officer will support Head of Marketing in ensuring that the Embassy is optimising its marketing activities and that messages are successfully reaching the right audiences, as well as constantly scoping and realising new marketing opportunities. The job holder will also support management of GREAT and other Marketing budgets.
Project, Contract and Partnership Management
- Closely manage key internal and external partners in PR and event delivery
- Ensure all partners and agencies are clear on expectations and remit and working to deliver value for money and reputational benefit
- Actively search for new marketing opportunities and forge new partnerships to multiply the impact of the GREAT brand
Budget Management
- Manage GREAT marketing budgets forecasting, monitoring spend, and processing payments
- Liaise and report to regional and HQ teams
Investment Lead Generation
- Utilise GREAT brand to secure leads for possible Korean investment into the UK
- Optimise existing channels to this aim, and also explore new marketing and digital channels to reach potential Korean investors
Brand and Collateral Management
- Ensure GREAT and DIT branding and collateral is kept up to date
- Ensure full understanding and supervision of GREAT and DIT branding by other staff
- Liaise with HQ and Regional Brand teams to create new collateral as needed
Media Support
- Ensure Media and Public Affairs team are fully included in DIT marketing and communications planning
- Provide on the ground support to MPA team during Marketing and DIT lead events
- Proven record of working with and managing PR, Events or Marketing partners
- Experience in digital marketing
- Experience in budget management and payment processing
- Ability to work independently
- Pro-active in marketing planning
- Creative thinker
- Experience with design software such as InDesign or Photoshop
- Experience in B2B marketing and business lead generation
- Experience working in or with government agencies
- Experience working with media channels
This position is advertised on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
No accommodation or relocation expenses are payable in connection with this position. The applicant must have or be able to obtain work authorisation in Korea in order to apply. Staff recruited locally by the British Embassy Seoul are subject to Terms and Conditions of Service according to local Korean employment law.
