PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Operational:
- Lead conducting market research in line with Global and Regional agenda by:
- Ensuring that research Agencies develop an appropriate, cost effective and high quality work for BAT.
- Developing preliminary analysis from the data gathered
- Thorough understanding of BAT research protocols and able to guide agency to deliver high quality output in line with global research guideline
- Support the development of in market consumer, customer and competitor insights by developing and maintaining comprehensive competitive analysis.
- Support the delivery of the Insights Learning Review to feed global strategy deep dives.
- Support Insights & Research manager in delivering robust research projects to deliver consumer centric, actionable and forward looking insights.
- Support Manager in providing insights to understand consumer behaviour, perceptions and needs in relation to the product landscape, to drive the development of differentiated offers into our portfolio.
- Support development and delivery of End Market Consumer insights and diagnostics to inform brand strategy, improve deployment and drive business towards consumer centricity.
- Leadership:
- Exhibit leadership capabilities in engagement with key stakeholders through behaviours and attitudes which are in line with the guiding principles.

Management:
- Support in managing all research projects in line with Global and Regional agenda and this is effectively integrated into the management information system and communicated to the Management Team.
- Control, analyse, interpret and report research projects following ORACLE guidelines, within time and budget
- Ensure effective cross category networking to support assessing smokers holistically as consumers.
- Lead research projects delivery through good relationships with external research Agencies.
- Continually improve the quality of research tools and processes within the function to support the delivery of consumer centric insights
- 3~5 years of working experience in research agency
- Qualitative research projects: Experienced project leading & managing qualitative researches
- Quantative research projects: Experienced project leading & managing quantative researches
- Experienced U&A and segmentation or tracking projects
- Experienced multi country projects
