[Key Responsibilities]

Part A: Definition

• Develop the on-line marketing strategy and drive the successful execution of on-line marketing strategy for dedicated brands or projects. Capture new trends, find applicable ideas. Develop and implement digital/CRM programs for the dedicated brands or projects.

 

 

Part B: Principal Responsibilities

• Capture up to date and relevant market and technology trends, consumer insights and lead best-in-class digital capability build

• Support DCOE strategy development and roll-out by providing local market insights

• Design and manage digital IMC initiative closely working with brand management team

• Ensures analysis on trends & performance.

 

 

[Requirements]

• Bachelor’s degrees or above.

• Major in Marketing or Business preferred (Minor Statistics or Analysis)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience specialized in digital marketing, either at consumer goods company or major digital marketing platforms such as facebook and google

• Expertise includes digital media planning, Social media and mobile marketing

• Good inter-personal relationship skill

• Proactive & positive & innovative mindset

• Strong negotiation & communication skills

• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

• Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

• MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
