Trubitt (Hong Kong) looks for an equity investment research assistant

Company Introduction:

Trubitt is a Hong Kong-based investment firm that works in partnership with Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb. We are looking for a self-motivated student who possesses strong analytical and essay-writing skills to help us with Korea research.

Job Description:

To perform ground research

To interview retailers and consumers

To organize data in spreadsheet

To monitor news flow

Required Level of English capability:

The head of the company speaks fluent Korean and day to day conversation with her will be in Korean. However, certain documentation needs to be written in English. The student need not be fluent in spoken English but need to be able to write short essays in English.

Working hours:

Varies week to week but approximately 20 hours a week; flexible work-from-home

Compensation:

12,000 KRW per hour, paid monthly by telegraphic transfer (recipient bank charge to be borne by the receiver)
