Position:
Investment Banking Division의 Associate or Analyst, depending on candidates' career
- Assist marketing, executions and project management for M&A and related transactions
- Prepare Pitch Books
- Valuation and modeling
- Support the Division Head
Requirements:
- degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Banking & Finance
- Good Knowledge in accounting and financial modelling
- Proficiency in speaking and written English and Korean
- Good presentation skill
- more than 2 year experience in related areas
- CPA or MBA preferred, but not mandatory
